Jelly
Recently developed an obsession with jellyfish. Always thought they were considered animals, but the more I learn about them the more I am convinced that they are a plant. Someone said they belong to some kind of class of the phylum that I can't even pronounce. To me they're a plant. No brain, just nerves.
I think that's crazy. They eat, get it on, and travel but they don't have a brain. They go through life and just react to whatever comes their way. Food comes their way, they eat. An enemy comes, they sting. They find a unfertilized egg and reproduce. Simple. They go with the flow and just react, no complications of doubt or worry.

Last time I went to the art supply warehouse I only got to stare at the spray paint section. This time I bought some! yeah yee yeah yee!
Spray paint has always been intimidating to me, why? I don't know. Give me a marker and I'll go to town. Give me a can, I am paralyzed for about 5 minutes before I go at it.
Still learning how to handle the cans. This time I learned alot.
1. Nice and Slow. I usually rush so the paint doesn't drip. then I realized that I wasn't working with colorplace anymore.
2. Have a plan. Tried to spell Virchoo and I ended up with Vir. Should have spaced it out better.
3. Get a mask & Get close. I tend to stand back so the fumes don't suffocate me, but its best to get up close and personal with your art.

New style, New inspiration
Let art become part of the brain. Don't try to impose the brain onto the art.

Blessed to be in Hawaii.
Everything seemed so vast on an island.
I felt so small soaring over a sea of clouds, standing by the ocean, and gazing off the top of a mountain.
It humbles me and reminds me that we are all part of something bigger and greater than ourselves.
